Lightroom 5 is pretty easy as well when it comes to resizing your photos and theres many choices to choose from

indeed....
the easiest being to do it as you do a file export   
Canon 5D3, 6D, 700D a bunch of lenses and other bits, ohhh and some Pentax stuff

For sure I've been doing since shooting RAW this year before sharing my work, Its simple in Lightroom 5 once you understand it :)

Its not a plug in to export a file from the editing software, You'll normally find it in file then you'll see export. Here you'll be able to choose the type of file, size you'd like to make it and where you want it to go. This is really good for prints as you can put the print dimensions into it then export it.
