So far so good.

Pros:
small size - good for backpacking
Electronic view finder - Focus assist helps night photography
Good low light capabilities compared to my other cameras

Cons:
Graininess of Electronic view finder in low light
Easy to get dust on sensor while changing a lens in the field

The only thing I wish it had is the 5 axis image stabilization like the models after this one.

Yep - I still can't decide between the a7r II or the Canon 5D Mark IV. everytime I think I made a decision I end up waiting and changing my mind... Saves me money this way :-)
