Does anyone know of a lab that (still) does E6 processing in Sydney?

I recently came across a bunch of E6 rolls from a trip a few years ago - I couldn't afford to process them then and promptly forgot about them.

I am really curious about what the results will be after this time.

Regards

Rabz

Hi Rabz,

I just did a quick search and came across a place called Vision Imagelab. Looks like a fairly good place.

Hope that helps

Regards

Chris

Hi Chris

Thanks for that, most of the web references I found were hideously out of date.

I will try and get in contact and report back the results.

I've been using a lab in Girraween, Sydney called "Westcolour" for a number of years, never had any problems with their processing. have even had a few enlarged prints done by them. their turn around time is about 2 to 3 hours and i know they deal with pro photographers as well as keen amatuers like myself. and also if youre into black and white, they print 'true' black and white prints. give them a try... Well, I finally got off my oversized backside and dropped into FotoLab in Pitt St. Sydney (303 Pitt I think).

They seem to know what they are on about and the service I received could not be faulted.

I dropped 17 rolls in on Saturday and picked them up Wednesday - Although the offer was made to rush them through if I needed it.

Price was OK - $15 a roll. When I used to shoot film all those years ago it was about $11 a roll so I couldn't argue with that.

The transparencies are all well processed and any faults are my own.

Would I use them again?

I can't see why not.
